WHY CHOOSE ANILOX ROLLER PUR LAMINATION LINE

1,Anilox roller glue spreader system, it is innovative design and with national patent right. we adopt anilox roller, quantity is one,dot coating this glue coating way consumes only small amount of PUR glue and glue distributes very evenly in every point in the panel,not like rubber /silicon roller,glue consuming is large and glue will overflow which will have bad impact on products’ apperance.

2, Long life span. Traditional silicon roller generally can be used about 3-4 months, the cost to replace a new one is about 2000-4000USD each time, while our anilox roller can be used as long as 5-6 years if customers operate correctly.

It is used to laminate different decorative material(sheet/ roll) on mdf or particleboard etc. It uses PUR hot melt glue.  The laminated board has high adhesion, weather resistance, waterproof, environmental protection and so on.

It is for furniture factory application,  It's mainly used for panel laminating decorative materials( roll, sheet), suitable for all kinds of simple flat door and plate furniture etc. Anilox roller pur glue coating system is the shining point of this production line, this type without auto cutting function, if you are interested in automatic cutting type, please check our ZRB-F1300-A

Warranty

The machine guarantee is 1 year and within 12 months, if any spare parts damaged ( not broken by person ), we will offer the spare parts freely. But the buyer shall afford the courier charge. The electrical components, the loss by nature and artificial damage created by unprofessional operation, not in maintenance scope.

INSTALLATION

We will provide installation service for customer as requested. If the buyer request the seller to do the service at buyer’s factory, the charge for apply visa, round tickets should be paid by buyer as well as hotel, food etc. everything occured in buyer’s place,also our engineers' salary should be paid by buyer
